Call your pharmacy and ask them to fax a refill request to our office: 415-492-1688. Please allow 48 hours for your medication.
If you need a new medication please call our office to speak with the doctor.

What should I do if I can't keep my appointment?
Please call 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel and reschedule. If you do not call you will be billed for your visit.
What should I do if I have a problem after my surgery?
First read your post-operative instruction sheet. If you still have questions please call our answering service.
Will I be able to meet with my doctor to ask questions before surgery?
Yes, you will meet with your doctor at the time of your pre-operative physical examination a few days before your scheduled surgery.
How do I know if you're the right doctor for my problem?
Please call your primary medical doctor to evaluate whether we may be of service to you.
Does Marin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine see Worker's Compensation cases?
Yes, If you are referred by a Worker's Compensation physician or worker's compensation clinic. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to have authorization BEFORE you are seen in our office.
What do I do if my Worker's Compensation adjuster changes?
You must notify our office immediately of ANY Worker's Compensation changes.
